Management were appalling judgemental Positive: Located out of the center and noise. L Negative: Management were unprofessional rude judgmental and didn't offer any support to me. I arrived at the property the front door was unlocked so straight away didn't feel safe and secure. I walked in to the room 1 as that door to was open. Unpacked my belongings as I was performing at Salford pride. Couldn't make my performance as no Wi-Fi available at the property so couldn't access my emails. This men at I could not check that the room was for a Irish guy called liam. He lat me stay in the room as the only other place was the communal space. Again not secure. The management accused us of suck disgusting accusations! Suck as smoking weed and smoking in the room. Not true. Awful people had my phone stolen by a taxi driver who charged me £40 to go 2 miles took my phone woould not return it to me. Had my train event hotel tickets proof etc. and bag stolen! With £220 cash; There response... Not my problem. Was your problem as you packed my belongings into back bin liners?! £6000 worth of designer clothing and makeup toiletries. As I didn't checkout at 10am. Didn't have a phone to check the time!!! They took two items kicked me in to the street without any help or understanding. And said do I live like this at home. My home is not of your concern?! I paid for my stay //Had to get home called the Manchester police department as they were closed walked 12 miles to two different train stations. Had to pay for a no money ticket and was charged although I had a train ticket booked to go back home! Wouldn't recommend staying here as they took advantage of my situation and refused to be professional

Great location, affordable price, and excellent communication with the host, but the accommodation is very basic and bes Positive: The place is in a very good location, it is cheap, and communication with the host was excellent. Negative: I would recommend checking Google Maps to see what the building looks like before booking. Unfortunately, I didn’t do that and felt a little disappointed when I arrived. Of course, this was my own oversight, not the owner’s fault.

El alojamiento excelente, la zona no tanto Positive: El alojamiento en sí, es ideal para un par de días en Manchester. Privacidad con cerraduras electrónicas en cada puerta, mucho lugar de almacenamiento en las habitaciones, cama muy cómoda. Muy cercano al centro de la ciudad. Negative: El lugar donde se encuentra no es muy pintoresco ni mucho menos, es un tanto oscuro para ir de noche solo. También se escuchan todos los ruidos tanto de la habitación de al lado como los que están en la calle.
