Positive: Nothing Negative: Unfortunately, my problems with this property went well beyond the dispute over an additional charge. The accommodation itself was uncomfortable and extremely noisy, which made it difficult to properly relax or get a decent night's rest. On top of that, the room was filled with a strong, lingering smell of cooking, to the point that it felt like staying above or next to a takeaway kitchen rather than in comfortable accommodation. The smell was incredibly unpleasant and made spending time in the room even worse. Then there was the way the property handled a disagreement concerning an additional charge. At approximately 1:00 AM, I was put in a position where I felt pressured by the property to make an additional payment. Whatever disagreement existed about the charge, I do not consider pressuring a guest over a disputed payment in the middle of the night to be an acceptable or professional way to handle the situation. Between the noise, discomfort, persistent cooking smells and the way I was treated when a problem arose, this was a deeply disappointing stay. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

Stay away. Positive: Easy to access but I wish I hadn't. Negative: This is a falsely advertised property and hopefully this review will save others making the mistake I did. Looks nothing like the pictures. There is a reason why they aren't showing you the outside of the property. Arrived to rats running across the street right outside the front door. There was bin bags full of rubbish everywhere and some 'interesting' characters hanging about. Not a safe or clean neighborhood. Once in the property the walls were so thin and the room shook everything anyone in any direction moved about. From me arriving at 7pm until 9pm there was loud drilling going on at the side the room, whilst simultaneously loud prayer music going on above. Additionally there were big bags of rubbish piled upon the outside of the only window in the room. Chose not to stay any longer and drove home instead. I wont get a refund I'm sure and looking at other reviews their responses will attempt to deny everything. Please avoid this property for your own sake.

Positive: The location was near to city centre. The place was clean. There is a coffee machine with free coffee. The room was very good for the value of money Negative: Nothing major. There was only one towel for 3 days. With raised temperature it needed AC.

Since I only slept there for three nights, and the bed itself was clean, I more or less just put up with it. However, t Negative: Actually, this is outrageous. The room was relatively clean, and so was the bed — that is the only reason I stayed. The building is in a condition that defies description. The entrance is through a shady backyard, directly next to the door of an Asian restaurant. At first, I honestly thought it was a joke. It is in a far worse condition and location than advertised online. Since I only slept there for three nights, and the bed itself was clean, I more or less just put up with it. However, the value for money is absolutely not appropriate. If I had known beforehand what the place was actually like, I definitely would not have booked it. For just a little more money, I could have stayed somewhere else in a proper hotel, in a decent and clean area that does not feel completely run-down.
