Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay at! Negative: The check-in could be described in more detail to prevent going to the restaurant in the front but use the back door on the back street.

A great location and a cosy room. Positive: This is ideally placed for access to Northern Quarter and some fabulous bars, restaurants and oriental shops. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Admin responded well to any queries before and during our stay. Excellently priced parking is available right next to the flat (£6 for 24 hours at the time of writing) We will return next time we are in Manchester. Negative: We would have liked coffee/ tea making facilities in the room ( there was a machine in the kitchen which was down steep stairs) for convenience.

Positive: Location, the room was nice and big. I was alone, but two people would be comfortable as well Negative: The bathroom was not the cleanest, no power outlets near bed
