Emerald En-Suite Doubleroom by Arndale City Centre

A great location and a cosy room. Positive: This is ideally placed for access to Northern Quarter and some fabulous bars, restaurants and oriental shops. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. Admin responded well to any queries before and during our stay. Excellently priced parking is available right next to the flat (£6 for 24 hours at the time of writing) We will return next time we are in Manchester. Negative: We would have liked coffee/ tea making facilities in the room ( there was a machine in the kitchen which was down steep stairs) for convenience.

Positive: Location, the room was nice and big. I was alone, but two people would be comfortable as well Negative: The bathroom was not the cleanest, no power outlets near bed

Dirty! Positive: The position Negative: The room was very dirty! The radiators weren't working. The kitchen was dirty.

Positive: The room is quiet spacious and am happy with the kitchen and lounge that was available to use Negative: The ambience is very poor. Litter all over the entrance, was a poor sight. The apartment looked clean but when u take a closer look, the shower room is very dirty. I could see old water marks on the wall, body hair from previous occupants on the wall and even floor. Very gross and unprofessional
