Positive: Lo spazio a disposizione e i servizi accessori. Negative: La scala ripida di accesso all'appartamento.

Positive: La posizione Negative: Le camere erano estremamente piccole ( all’atto della prenotazione non c’erano scritti i metri quadri della stanza la descrizione parla solo dei mq dell’appartamento), con bagno in condivisione. La pulizia sia delle stanze che del bagno era decisamente scarsa: presenza di peli e polvere ovunque. Inoltre, l’accesso agli alloggi si trovava nel retrobottega di un ristorante, situato in una strada diversa da quella indicata dal gestore, creando non poca confusione. Dopo aver ricevuto un rimborso da Booking a seguito delle mie segnalazioni, il gestore ha addirittura contattato il mio numero privato nel tentativo di richiedere la restituzione della somma. Esperienza complessivamente pessima, assolutamente sconsigliata.

Positive: Nice and cosy, very clean, well decorated, kitchen bathroom, extra toilet, living room and rooms fully equipped with air dryer, fan, heating, kitchenware, toilet paper, clean towels and sheets... I couldn't believe it 😇😇 for that price !!! Negative: Nothing I did not like, good to know that entrance is at the back of Oldham road, on Portugal street where you will see 3 key safes.

Just fine. Not gonna come back here. Positive: The property felt secure with solid doors and locks/codes, which is always important when staying somewhere new. The room we booked was basic, but it served its purpose as a place to sleep for a night or two. The highlight for us was the prompt response from the host when we arrived—it was extremely hot, and they quickly brought us a small fan to help cool down the room. This was much appreciated! Negative: 1. Shared Bathroom Issues: We booked a room with a shared bathroom, and unfortunately, the shower door was broken. It was hanging off its track, making it unsafe and difficult to use. The door wouldn’t close properly, and water splashed out onto the floor, leaving the space wet. Additionally, there wasn’t a foot towel to help with this issue, nor was there a bin inside the bathroom for disposing of used tissue paper. The only bin available was in the kitchen area, which meant walking across the property to dispose of trash. This could be improved for guest convenience. (This was reported as soon as we had this issue. Im not sure if they checked it right away because when we used it the following morning it’s still like that) 2. Stairs to the Flat: Just a heads up for anyone with large luggage—the flat is up a few flights of stairs. It could be challenging for those with heavy bags or mobility concerns. Something to keep in mind when booking. 3. Location Clarity: The listing advertised the property as being close to Etihad Stadium, but it wasn't clear whether that meant a short walk, drive, or commute. We found that while it’s near by car, walking to the stadium or Coop Live can take up to 30 minutes. It would be helpful to have more specific information about the distance and time it takes to get there on foot versus by car.

Ottima struttura, ideale per soggiorni brevi di qualche giorno Positive: La struttura offre un posto letto in una ottima posizione e a un prezzo molto conveniente. Il padrone è molto disponibile e presente.
